*Rolls into the room* HELLO SPECTACULAR PEOPLE.

So I was wondering what to do as my first blog entry. I started to look for something like the "new to book tube tag" and lo and behold:

I found it.

Loveandotherbookishthings aka "https://loveandotherbookishthings.wordpress.com" created this wonderful tag.

So

1) Why did you start this blog?

I'm this excessively talkative human who adores talking about everything. E V E R Y T H I N G. When it comes to books, tv shows (and soap operas and dramas and novelas), and food, I'm there to excitedly run my mouth about it. (also things like social justice and politics and music).

Anyway, I thought that starting a blog would be the best platform where I can share all this joy. Not only would I be able to share my thoughts, but I would be able to interact with others!

Book reviews and rants.

How fantastic.

2. What are some fun and unique things you can bring to book blogging?

Other than my charming wit? {el oh el, I wish}. I believe my thoughts will benefit or entertain someone.

Also, I have many ideas for tags and games and whatnot.

3.What are you most excited for about this new blog?

AESTHETIC. I love when things are pretty, and organized and pleasing to the eyes. I mean, what better way to review books and just things in general if not by presenting it in such a manner that is deserving of it.

And meeting people. I love meeting new people.

4. Why do you love reading?

Writing is an art form. From the creation of the characters, the world, the rules, the system, the plot, to weaving all those elements together using the intricacy of language.

The ability for printed words to realize life itself and manifest such visceral emotions within the reader, is - dare I say- mystical art.

And I appreciate art.

5. What book or series got you into reading?

I don't even remember when I got into reading. Toddler years? Elementary? I don't know.

But, If I must choose, then I'd say either Junie B. Jones by Barbara Park or Cam Jansen by David Adler.

6. What questions would you ask your favorite authors?

"Do you enjoy causing us pain?"

"Don't your characters have the right to live?" (If your answer is no, then please watch W: Two Worlds, the Korean drama, and think again).

"How are you a flipping genius?"

7. What challenges do you think starting a blog will be the hardest to overcome?

Managing my time. That's a general problem of mine. I need to manage my time wisely and not basically live here.

8. When did you start reading?

A safe estimate would be around kindergarten. I still have some little kindergarten books from my days.

9. Where do you read?

I'm not really picky. Mostly, it's at home (and other houses), during my commute (yay trains and buses), between classes, and when at delightfully boring events.

10. What kind of books do you like to read?

Fantasy, especially high fantasy (because, unf, the world building). Historical Fiction, general Fiction, fairytale retellings. Young Adult most preferred. I read the occasional adult books but sometimes they are just *c r i n g e *.

I barely read contemporary. When I do, its usually some dark, angsty stuff.

That is all ! Hope that was somewhat informative.
